The Apartment is located in the closed and monitored housing estate, which makes you feel safe and peaceful. The housing estate is surrounded on three sides by hills, which are classified as landscape and ecological areas. When looking from the north, the Apartment is adjacent to the main communications network of Gdansk. The area borders directly Gdańsk Old Town.
